We designed Ebooks for Andrea Dopico Cafarelli’s recipes of plated desserts*. ÁRBOL focused on developing a publication easy to use in the comfort of your hands, that’s why mobile friendly structure was the perfect fit for this project.

*A plated dessert is an arrangement of one or more pastry elements like: mousses, meringues, ice creams and sorbets, cookies, dough, cake layers, pastry cream, and dessert sauces.  They have to be prepared well in advance so it can be assembled à la minute.
