Elements is the result of curiosity, of stimulation, of two intertwined disciplines. 

Design and cooking fuse together in order to express a sole object that will enhance the communication of technical pastry knowledge while it incites the creativity
of the reader.

Books & Roses - Sant Jordi 2018

Elements surprisingly made its first appearance at Sant Jordi’s celebration in Passeig de Gracia before it’s official launch. All copies were sold out after Andrea’s surprise announcement.

“A rose for love and a book forever”. Sant Jordi is one of the biggest and most authentic celebrations in the city of Barcelona. People exchange roses and books
to praise love.

Launches at Galería Senda

On the 14th of May, Elements celebrated its launching at Galeria Senda with guests from the gastronomic, art, design and pastry world.

We had the honor to speak about the creative and the design process behind the creation of this particular book.

Goes to India

Launches at Lavonne School – India’s Top Pastry School.

The 64 recipes included in the Elements book were created by 14 students in a 3-day Masterclass imparted by ADC. Andrea focused on teaching the essence of the book: the freedom of creation with the accurate intention that every plated dessert
must have.
